Responsible AI Policy
This Responsible AI Policy ("Policy") describes how Novapro Lab LLC ("Novapro Lab," "we," "us," or "our") approaches the development and use of artificial intelligence ("AI") and automation in its software development, SaaS platforms, AI agents, automation systems, and related professional services.
1.Overview
Novapro Lab builds and operates AI-assisted software, automation workflows, AI agents, and SaaS capabilities for business clients. AI may support internal operations and client-facing solutions where appropriate, lawful, and aligned with project requirements.
Effective date: June 20, 2026
2.How We May Use AI
Depending on the project, configuration, and agreement, AI may support:
- Software development and code assistance
- Automation design and workflow orchestration
- Business analysis and technical discovery
- Customer support and operational insights
- Proposal preparation and documentation
- Commercial intelligence and decision-support systems
3.Human Oversight
AI outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel where decisions are material to security, compliance, finance, legal matters, customer impact, or production deployment. AI is a tool to assist work; it is not a substitute for professional judgment, client oversight, or contractual responsibilities.
4.No Regulated Professional Advice
Unless expressly provided by qualified professionals under a separate written agreement, Novapro Lab does not provide legal, medical, tax, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice through AI-generated or website content. Clients remain responsible for obtaining appropriate professional advice for their business and compliance needs.
5.Data Handling
AI-related processing depends on the project, written agreement, selected providers, system configuration, and data submitted by users or clients. Clients should not submit sensitive, regulated, or confidential data unless permitted under a written agreement and appropriate safeguards.
Project-specific confidentiality, retention, subprocessors, model usage, training restrictions, and provider rules should be defined in written agreements, statements of work, data processing terms, or product-specific policies.
6.Accuracy and Limitations
AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular use case without validation. AI does not guarantee revenue, sales, conversion, cost savings, compliance outcomes, platform approval, payment processor approval, uptime, or other business results.
7.Client Responsibilities
Clients and users should:
- Validate AI outputs before relying on them in production or decision-making
- Provide lawful, accurate, and appropriately authorized data
- Obtain required notices, consents, and internal approvals
- Configure access controls and permissions appropriately
- Supervise automated actions that may affect customers, finances, or operations
8.Security and Safeguards
We apply reasonable safeguards intended to reduce risk in AI-enabled systems, which may include least-privilege access, logging or auditability where applicable, approval controls for sensitive actions, and ongoing monitoring and improvement based on project needs.
9.Third-Party AI and Cloud Providers
Novapro Lab may use third-party AI, cloud, API, or automation providers where appropriate for a project or internal operation. Use of such providers is subject to their terms, availability, and security practices, and may be described in applicable agreements or privacy notices.
10.Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy as our services, technologies, or legal requirements evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
